Finding Santosha

Santosha, or contentment, has served as a compass for Däs’ practice for almost five decades. The book “Finding Santosha” is a distillation of Däs’ teachings, written and illustrated as an experience accessible to those of all ages.

Däs carved the “Happy Child” 43 years ago with the intention sharing the meaning of Yoga with children through his art. Symbolizing the feelings that follow acts of gratitude and service, it will now embody a deeper truth: an expression of gratitude for your generosity.

The sale and proceeds from this book will help spread the universally benevolent wisdom in Däs’ teachings while funding organizations supporting mindful practices in children, ensuring his legacy of serving others’ lives on through this project.
